I get that you can't go back and edit any play after a game is scored. I get the ripple effect concept and that you can have more or less than 3 outs in an inning this way. That being said, it's extremely frustrating to look at the scoring after the game and realize you have to rescore the whole game because someone made a mistake early in the game. I'm a player/coach so I can't always be the one doing the scoring.
Instead of looking at it in individual pitches or at bats, how about taking each half inning as a chunk and being able to edit that half inning only? If you think about the game itself, it's just a compilation of discrete half innings.
Just my thoughts. This is a great product with this one (to me) flaw.
How about being able to edit a whole inning?

Re: How about being able to edit a whole inning?
It is more than a compilation of discrete half innings. The game flows from beginning to end. For example, there are pitch counts to deal with that are stored with each pitch. What if you rescored a half inning and entered extra batters and now the batter that just made the last out is the first batter the next inning because things were mis-scored?
We continue to try and enhance the edits that can be made, but it is not as simple as saying the half innings stand alone - there is state maintained throughout an entire game.

Re: How about being able to edit a whole inning?
I don't necessarily need to redo an entire inning, however, I have had it occur a few times that I didn't get the runner across the plate and didn't notice it until an inning later. The editing feature will allow me pretty much any option except scoring him on the play. I wish I could take care of that mistake after the fact.
