can't broadcast iscorecast from new device

I just purchased a new ASUS tablet, installed iScore and copied my existing database over from a Kindle Fire. The transfer process worked perfectly, it appears that everything transferred correctly. However, I cannot perform an iscorecast sync on the ASUS for existing games that were scored on the Kindle. New games scored on the ASUS can be iscorecast, but I would like to have the older games appear on the ASUS iscorecast list as well.

Is there another method to associate previous iscorecasts with a new device rather than iscorecast sync from the new device? I am running iScore 4.11.504.

Using iScorecast Synchronize for each of the games on the new device is the only way to add those games to the iScorecast list of the new device.

That's why I posted this in the Issue Reporting forum. You've got a bug in version 4.11. I think it was in version 4.10 as well but I've already updated so I can't go back and check. Just to be clear, iscorecast of an existing game does not work on a new Android device running iscore version 4.11.

We just transferred a game to a Google 7" tablet running v4.11. We opened the game in game manager, scrolled down to "iScorecast Synchronize" and tapped that. The game then appeared on the iScorecast listing for that device when we went to http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and entered the customer ID for the device.

If you have a case where this is not working, if you can email us the customer ID of the device and let us know which game you are trying to synchronize, we can try and reproduce the issue from a device here using your data.

I just sent you a PM with the customer ID and a list of 5 games which have failed to do an iScorecast synch as you describe.

We looked at your data, and the issue is that one of the teams in the games you are having trouble with is in a league you do not currently have enabled.

If you go to League Manager and turn on the ALL league, you will then be able to do the iScorecast Synchronize.

fyi... we fixed it so the next release will not require the teams to be in the active leagues when doing the iScorecast synchronize.
