Players disappear from game

I have a few games that are finished. When I come back to look at them later, the opposing team roster is doubled. I deleted the duplicate player that had no stats attached. Later, after saving, the same issue would show up or half of the lineup would not show on the scoresheet. Any ideas why or the proper way to fix?
