Cannot open any of the "manager" options

Cannot open any of the "manager" options

I have been using my Iscore for Ipad for several months with no problems. Today I cannot open any of the manager tabs I get the following message on each tab:
Note: Because no leagues are selected in league manager, no data can be displayed. Please enable at least one league in league manager. I have never had to do this before. It won't let me enter a league name of any kind to see if that would let me continue. How do I correct this problem?

Go to League Manager and set the "All" league to ON, then go back to the managers.

The same thing happened to me after restarting my iPad. In League Manager, the "All" League option was set to 'On', however there weren't any leagues listed. When trying to add a new league, the app repeatedly crashed. I ended up having to Import my 2 day old data from the server in order to get the app to work. Unfortunately, this also caused me to loose 2 games I had scored within the last day.
