Player Shows up TWICE in box score
Player Shows up TWICE in box score
I have one player who shows up twice in two different game box scores thus doubling her totals for each game. I tried to zero out one of the sets of data but it zeros out both. How do I get rid of the duplicate entry?

Re: Player Shows up TWICE in box score
It sounds like you probably have the player listed twice in your lineup. Go to Game manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, tap the Game Starts event, tap Edit next to starting lineup, and see if there are duplicates listed for the player. Remove the second copy of the player, and the stats should then be fixed.
If this is not the issue, then if you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game and player it is, we can take a look at your data.

Re: Player Shows up TWICE in box score
such a simple fix. I never thought to look in the lineup for duplicates. Thanks!
