Scoring passed ball with advancing base runners

Scoring passed ball with advancing base runners
How do I score a passed ball with base runners aboard. I was able to advance the base runners, but iScore insisted on advancing the batter as well.

Tap the runner, then mark the runner as Safe at the next base and select Passed Ball as the reason. iScore would not advance the batter unless it was ball 4 and you entered a Ball on the pitch.
