Are all of the annotations/notations used in the scorecard documented anywhere. In particular, I have a few boxes with things like C20, C5, C7 in purple print...they are not always in the same spot in the box, and I can't make any connection of the meaning of "Cxx" to what occurred during the play.

It doesn't cover the "Cxx" however. That is the designation for a Courtesy Runner coming in for another runner. C20 would mean player with jersey #20 came in as a courtesy runner.
