pitch by pitch and pitching statistics showing different

pitch by pitch and pitching statistics showing different

I have random games that in the pitching statistics it shows a pitcher that is not correct, yet in the pitch by pitch it shows the correct pitcher.

I start each game the same each time and set positions at the start of a game by touching the position and selecting the players.
Whats weird is it always seems to be the same two kids.

Is there a way I can just edit which player pitched the first 3 innings without having to edit each individual stat?

It sounds like maybe you are editing the starting lineup for your substitutions instead of doing actual substitutions.
