scoring a game i didn't attend for stats

Post by toxic99_dad » Thu Apr 18, 2013 2:24 pm

I want to score/record my daughter's fastpitch game I was unable to attend. I mainly just want her stats recorded. Such as at bats, hits, walks and pitching data such as era, k/bb ratio, etc along with the final score. I realize the stats will be incomplete for the entire game but I just want a record of what she did. This will be useful for season stats. What is the best way to do this? I am a newbie and can't figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can create a fake game, put your daughter in as pitcher, pitch at least one pitch for the game, then use Misc -> End Game. You can then view the stats for the game, and tap any non-bold value to override it. Bold values are calculated, so you would have to edit the raw values (for example, you mention k/bb ratio... you would enter the k and bb values, and the k/bb will be calculated automatically).
