Advanced scoring errors

How come in advanced mode. If the ss has a fielding error. It scores it as 2 errors?

We have not heard of this. We just started a new game, have scorekeeper level set to Advanced, and entered:

In Play, Error, tapped near shortstop, tapped SS for the error, Done, then Held Up.

We see one ERR assigned to the shortstop. There is an Ef and an ERR (meaning it was a fielding error, and ERR is the sum of Ef + Et). Are you scoring things differently? What version of iScore are you running and on what device?

Thanks, I was hitting the error a second time when I was asked how the runner got to first. Instead of held up.
