I am switching from an android phone to an android tablet to score games....the larger screen makes the process much easier however the way the pitchers pitch count (and balls and strikes) are tallied on the main scoring screen is different than how it appears on the phone (unless it was changed with the most recent significant update).
On the phone when we were in the field on defense it would tally our pitchers totals.....
Doesn't seem to do that the same way on a tablet.
It there a default setting that I have wrong?

No setting.
Are you using a 7" tablet? Kindle fire or similar?
You can toggle between teams by pressing the team name (I think).

Using a Nexus 7....toggling may be an option but the pitch count is typically shown on my phone version screen....not sure why it would be different for the tablet screen which can show more detail.

I think FTM intends to change this. See here:

That link seems to make sense but it from a March 2009 post by iScore and they have made multiple upgrades since then....I am surprised it hasn't already occurred to be consistent with the android phone app.
I am always being asked real time pitch counts on both sides of the diamond and the tablet isn't handling that issue as well as the phone app.
Thanks.

No, the post was from Jun 2012, but still older than I thought...I was searching quickly and didnt pay attention. I thought I remember them suggesting this might be changed.
again, its a tap away...i cant imagine this is a major issue, but I agree it makes sense to show the opposing pitcher.
What does the phone show? I cant imagine the tablet is showing less information. Only the larger tablets show both pitchers/lineups due to having more screen size to work with.

Re: RE: Pitching Box on Scoring Screen For Android Tablet
The phone shows the pitch count for whatever team is on defense.....so when we are on offense I can always see the opposing pitchers count....and when we are on defense I can always see our own pitchers count......your suggestion is a good work around for the smaller 7" tablet. Have not seen the 10" tablet screens
