App froze before game ended and data was lost

On the last play of a game, the app froze and would not respond. To get it back, we had to kill the app and when we came back, the game was missing. It does not show up under "Game Manager". However, it shows up under options>synchronisation under the "waiting for game to end to synch". I was able to export the game and the summary shows up now on the website. I tried to reimport the data, but it still does not show up under game manager and so the stats are not there. How can I get the game to show back up and make sure the stats are included in the team stats?

It sounds like you may have turned off the All league. Go to League Manager, and make sure the All league is turned on, then see if your game returns. if now, then please do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and we will take a look at your data to see what is going on.
