Switch Hitting and Stats

Post by rusnew2 » Wed Mar 27, 2013 8:53 am

I searched the forum for information on this and both post I found looked to be at least two years old.

Now with the newest version out with a bunch of new stats, do the stats now account for switch hitters and what side of the plate they are batting from?

No.

I'm not sure if this is something that either Edge or TruMedia can do.

The TruMedia add on definitely does this (click on the batter image for left or right side of the plate when viewing a batter's stats and you will see just the stats from that side of the plate). We are not 100% sure if Edge does or not. Maybe someone that uses Edge could say definitively whether Edge supports that ability or not.
