scorecast sync issues!

has anyone been having issues with iscorecast sync. i run the web page on ipad and watch to be sure our game is being displayed. it kept telling me the scorer needed to sync the game...i did it at least 20 time from game manager and the scoring screen icon for web connections. it kept saying it was synced but nothing would show up on web page. i finally got brave enough to kill the app and start over and it finally synced up and displayed about the time the game was over. has anyone seen this and do we know what is causing it?

Did this happen to you today? If you have steps we can use to reproduce the issue, we can try from a device here. There was an issue we found yesterday where an "empty event" could cause your scorecast queue to block (you would see it in the "queued events" of the scorecast details from the scoring screen. We fixed this yesterday however so that an empty event does not cause the blocked queue, but we are still unsure how a user can send an empty event.

no it was yesterday about 430 CDT. the only thing i can think of is i started the game and sent the link out, somehow between when i did that and game actually started the ipad lost sync with my iphone hotspot...i thought that might have done it. it did show the game qued for sync at game complete (or something like that, dont remember the words) the game actually showed up on the website and updated the score in the upper box but when you clicked on it it would not do live sync scorecast play by play. like i said i killed app and started over and it synced up and the users trying to watch it showed up connected.

new scorecast issues...i scored a game today and the scorecast is showing 12 errors when the boxscore has only 8...the boxscore is correct. i didnt change any of these during or after the game they were all scored correctly real time.

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and a link to the scorecast and the specific places we should look to see 8 vs 12, we can take a look at your data to see what is going on. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

Again this week the game box score was different than what was projected on scorecast. In terms of errors and the season stats are not displaying.

I've done this before. At least 3 of last 4 games have had issues with the reported statistics on scorecast versus the box score. I emailed my ID to your support. I will links to games here. If you need more let me know. The biggest issue I have seen is with errors reported on the scorecast does not match boxscore. And, the statistics are not displaying in scorecast for the players. I watch this as I score the game from my browser.

In both these games the errors are wrong and the stats do not show for the players.

When we go to the players tab and click various players, we see their cumulative stats. We have attached a screenshot showing that.



What browser and browser version are you using?

If you can tell us what the issue is with errors, we can research that too.
