Wiewing entire scoring area plus pitching area

Post by jackiegripple » Fri Mar 08, 2013 10:03 am

I've updated my iScore to the latest version, which is a lot better by the way, but I can't get it to show me the entire scoring screen and it won't rotate when I rotate my iPad to landscape. This includes the diamond, pitching location screen, line up, etc. On my other iPad, this is all on the same screen. Have a missed a download that will enable me to view that? I have to swipe the screen back and forth and it's driving me crazy.

It sounds like you may be using the iphone app on your ipad. These are two separate purchases. WIth the new 4.0 update, the "iPad" version is now changing to a "Universal App" version. It will run optimized on both iPhone + iPad.

The "iPhone" version remains iPhone only. If you are running it on an ipad, you do not get the addiitonal ipad features available with the ipad version of the app.

The "fix" is to purchase the ipad version. Once you have done so, you can transfer your data to your new device by following instructions in this thread:

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7169" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

If you have a team website, you will want to point it to the new device also. This can be done on the admin website.
