Stats from 2012 season rollover into 2013 season

Post by jake93436 » Tue Mar 05, 2013 8:45 am

Curious if anyone can answer on how to roll over stats from a prior season. I have 4 players returning and we want to keep historically their stats for all of 2012 as one, or just available if we can. For the 2013 season we want all stats to be kept normally for all new players. Also what is the way to up date stats for the team Iscore site, and link them to your app so they all reflect as one.

You will want to use the "League" functionality. See this link in our FAQ:

I still need help, as I had one playoff game in 2012. One new season game in 2013. My team site does not reflect this. What do I need to to from my end to fix this, and show stats as correct?

Are you saying the most recent games you have scored are not showing on your team website? Did you get a new device? It may be easier for you to do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and team website URL to support@iscoresports.com with a description of the issue you are having, and we can take a look at your data.

Make sure your leagues are assigned to your team, not just the games. I'm guessing thats the issue.

I tried I do not know what the issue is, though I have not used Iscore since our tragic defeat in Sept.

If you created separate leagues, assigned the games to each appropriate league, assigned all leagues to your team and do an export, you should be all set.

So you should have:
League 2012 Reg Season
League 2012 Post Season
League 2013 Reg Season (probably want to set this as default league on website)

Optionally, you may want to have a 2012 All League (reg + post season)

Assign each game from 2012 to either "2012 reg season" or "2012 post season" league and all 2012 games to optional "2012 All League"
Assign your 2013 game to "2013 reg season" league.

Assign all of these leagues to your team.

Export.

On team website options page, choose the default league (probably 2013)
