Accidentally imported games instead of export

Post by ladybulldogs » Mon Mar 04, 2013 6:09 pm

Ok so I updated to new version 4.0 and followed instructions then I was trying to export games but instead I think I imported old info. Well this removed all the games I have played up to this point. Is there a way to get those back or should I just re enter every game so far.

If you can email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can see if there is any data on our server that you can retrieve. If you have been using iScorecast for your games, then they will all be retrievable.
