I have iPhone version and didn't know it till I saw someone else. Can I switch to iPad one without buying again?

The iPhone and iPad versions of iScore are separate products that require separate purchases just like Angry Birds vs Angry Birds HD and Scrabble vs Scrabble HD (or any number of other apps out there).

You can transfer your data between the versions using data sharing as described here:
