Lost phone, customer id & password

Post by borram » Sun Feb 10, 2013 7:09 am

I purchased iScore last year through Amazon, however, I lost the phone that had the app several months back and replaced it with a new one.

I don't remember my customer id, nor the password that came with it.

The only thing I do have is the link to the homepage I created on your website.

Do I need to repurchase the app and would it be possible to regain administrative access to my team's homepage?

Thanks for any help and for creating an amazing product.

Sorry, I purchased it from Play Store, not Amazon.

Just log in to Google Play with the same account you originally purchased with and Play will let you install on your new device without requiring a new purchase.

Thank you for the speedy response.

I do have the app on my new phone, however, the website will not recognize the new password.

How do I get access to my previous year's webpage?

Thanks again for the help.

Do an Options -> Export from your new device then email us the URL of your website and your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and we can transfer it over.

I have already sent my info to support@iscoresports.com to give me access to my old website.

I sent them an email several months back and they didn't respond.

I sent them another last week and still no answer.

What is the usual turnaround period for them to respond?

We usually respond with hours. If it is more than 24 hours, something is wrong. We do not have any open issues at this time. We checked our SPAM folder and do not see an email there either. Please try sending us a PM on this board and we will be able to help since it looks like your emails are not getting through to us.
