If I have two teams: Team X and Team Y
I have a player who played for Team Y against Team X (Player A)
Player A now leaves Team Y and joins Team X.
If I run stats for Team X Player A has the stats from when he was with Team Y as well as Team X. Team stats should only cull those stats from playing for that team.
So Player A should only show up with the stats that he has with Team X. The problem is that it throws off team stats like RBI, Runs, ERA etc.

We have this issue on our list of issues. For now, the best option is probably creating a second player just for that game so iScore can identify the right team for the player.
