Games played not correct on team website.
I have a team website and i made a different league for each season. The 2012 games played show up correctly, but the 2011 season has the entire season stats correct, but only show players playing 0-2 games played when we played 26 total games. How do I fix this? I have made sure the team was in the league as well as every indiviual player, but still can't get the total games played correct.

Let's trouble shoot ..
I assume you have the most current app from marketplace or apple --- If not , could be the issue.. ( I vaguely recall some iOS version has a glitch in games played counting) . Be sure and update/ keep current iScore and os software.
On hand held device, are all the leagues assigned to the team (under team manager) -- ( you mentioned players and games assigned, I assume team is too but wanted to ask)
Do the stats (and games played) look correct on device ? both using player manager (player card ) and team manager ( team stats)? If so, re export.
Do the games in game manager all have F (ie final) in inning position on game manager screen ( if not, make them final)
I assume you have checked for un intended duplicatation of players in player manager, if not singular as expected, you can merge 'duplicates' into one..(likewise with diplicate teams)
I assume you have option > exported, and made sure all leagues are selected on line on web site.
..... Assuming above all ok...
Lets test a way to force update an ' uncounted game' ... if it works repeat for others ...
Find a game that a player is not counting game played in, select game on device in game manager, and try a couple things to 'force update database'..1) click on play, at game over screen, click undo and then redo, game over, exit .. 2) at game info screen, click on a game stat line, eg batting, and force 'recalc' upper right button..
Option export and see if this updates games played? If so, repeat
If still issue, report back with device type ..and os ( iOS or android) and app version ?

All of the above was correct except the stats were correct on the player card and team stats on the device, but not on the website (everything is correct on the website except the games played for the first season.) I have exported many times though with this problem, and then to be sure i exported a couple times more. The total number of team games on the site are correct (team total at the bottom), but yet it still just shows people only playing 0-2 games. I also did the steps you suggested for the uncounted games and exported after the edits, but it also did not work. My device is a Droid X so andriod and the version I have is v3.52.918.

The usual cause of this is duplicate players and / or deleted players. See this link for more information on correcting it:

As i understand it, it is only wrong on the team site,
If you are willing to post your URL for team site. I will look at it. (or you can send me via PM)
It sounds like you are saying you have players who's stats are complete and total correct for all columns, but Games Played.. that would be odd. the team site is such you can drill down on any player and see their breakdown.. .If you see more games than is totally, that would be odd. Send me your link so i can see it., will be easier to trouble shoot from there.

yes its definitely not deleted players or duplicate players. It is very odd I tried doing a lot of things before asking this question thinking I was doing something wrong, but I didn't know what to do anymore. Even though the player card will show the all the stats it doesn't show the correct games played when you look at the statistics page for the 2011 seaason.

Try using the "Recalc" button from the stats screen. We changed some time in early 2012 the way that games were being counted. We used to not actually store the value, so games prior to then will have 0 for the "game" count. Recalc will add the calculated game count in for these older games. Then do the Options -> Export.

Tomsee issue.. I selected.. Friday 2011 league, and clicked on stats page. Quick Look at batting stats.. See only 0,1, or 2 games played for the various players listed (though they played in about 26 games) , For example stats page shows vinnie r played in 2 games, click on vinnie and get stat line for 22 games, .. Likewise Anthony shows no games played and got 3 hits.. Clearly an underlying issue.m.. Interestingly enough the pitching and fielding stat blocks do not appear to have the issue, only batting stats)

Try recalc for a couple games to see if it fixes (then re export).

Then re export - Options >export). If it works you should start to see games played start to increment on web site.. Well I picked a game from that league, went on my teams batting stats... and I can not find the recalc button anywhere on my device. The top part just has the statstics header. There is no recalc button on the top right. There is no buttons anywhere just the statstics. Maybe theres problem with my phone but I dont have a recalc button anywhere.

If you are using an Android device, then when viewing stats you would tap the "menu" button on your device and a recalc option will appear. The button is in the upper right on iOS devices, but we tried to follow Android conventions where we could (use of the "menu" button) on the Android platform.
