Nothing to Edit in PlayerSpotlight
Nothing to Edit in PlayerSpotlight
Just bought into the Player Spotlight website.
However, I can't get into anything. It asks for the password, but after I put it in it just keeps going back to the same screen. The password is correct.
How do I edit this thing?

If you have set your guest password and Admin password to the same thing, then it will not let you log in as Admin. Try changing your Admin password on your device to something else (from Options -> Admin Website in iScore), then do an Options -> Export from iScore and try logging in with the Admin password again and you should be able to make your edits.

Re: Nothing to Edit in PlayerSpotlight
I don't see an option for guest password.
However, I did change the admin password.
I can login, it does (and did before I changed the password). It just when I login agter clicking the "login" or "settings" from the spotlight page, goes back to the same page. I can not edit anything, setting page does not open, no editors appear, its like its stuck in the non-edit (view only) web page. All the stats and everything shows up.
Its not browser related. I tried it from Windows 7, Windows XP, IE, Firefox, and Chrome

Re: Nothing to Edit in PlayerSpotlight
For anyone reading along, the issue with the player spotlight for this user is that the site name had only numbers in it, and that caused our "session management" to not work correctly. We have modified the server so number only site names now work fine.
