Player Manager Data
Player Manager Data
I am unable to edit (delete) players from the online database. How do I do that?

Re: Player Manager Data
Delete them from your device, then do an Options -> Export and the admin website reflects what came from your device.

Re: Player Manager Data
The Admin Website is a mirror image of whatever you export from the device. If they are not showing the same thing, then you need to do an Options -> Export from the device again. If you are still seeing things on the site that you are not seeing on the device, then maybe you are filtering some things out with leagues on the device. Go to League Manager in iScore, and put a check next to the All league and you will see everything that is on your device. You can then delete anything you don't want and do the Export again.
What are you not able to see on the admin website from your laptop? What browser are you using?

Re: Player Manager Data
Here is what I believe happened.
I deleted the both the teams and leagues in which these players where in thinking that the players would also be deleted. This doesn't seem to be the case. I don't recall the teams m
Nor the leagues name. So I can I remove these players from my.scorecentral data. They are not on my devise even though I have exported and optimized.
I am using Internet Exployer as a browser.
When I go to http://iscoresports.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and try to access the "Support Forum" there is no response. However this works on my iPad. If I login it bring me to http://my.iscorecentral.com/team_overview.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; which doesn't have access to the "Support Forum".

Re: Player Manager Data
That is correct. Deleting a team will not delete a player. Go to League Manager, and put a check next to the All league, then go to Player Manager and you will see the players. You can delete players there.
For the most part there should not be a need to ever delete players/teams. The only reason you may want to do that is if you create "test / dummy" players while learning the product. If it is past season data, you are better off keeping the data and just using leagues to hide it. You never know when the historical information may be useful, and it take very little storage space on the device.
We are looking into the issue of Support Forum (and the other links) not working on our website in IE. Strange that they work on other browsers. We will get it resolved. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
