Help - game missing under team stats for a specific league

I show in game manager two games for a specific league I created but when I choose that league for team stats only one of the games shows for all my players. Why is this and how can I fix it?

not a lot of specifics to go on..but my first hunch is you have accidentally missed a "LEAGUE ASSIGNMENT"

Double check your league assignments .. to be sure all the games and the teams in question are assigned to the right leagues , you need to do this at both the game and team level using each respective game/team manager areas on the device

** games are assigned leagues on the handheld device, through Game Manager
* teams must also be assigned leagues, again on the hand held device through Team Manager

If after double checking your league assignments and the issue persists, reply back with more detail and we can trouble shoot more.
Another, less likely, possibility is you have inadvertently created duplicate teams. and the other one is not assigned the right league. (if you check ALL league on in league manager, then review Team Manager, you can see if you have a double, you can then correct by merging them together with the merge button, ).

I did what you said but when I go to league manager and select the right league and then team manager and team stats it only shows 3 of the 4 games but in game manager the league shows all 4 games assigned to the league. At one point I did create a duplicate team but I have since merged my two teams. I wonder if that is messing up the team stats.

for the 'problematic game' I would double check again to make sure you do not still have an unintentional duplicate of your team. it sounds like you have either used a duplicate team that is not assigned the right league or have somehow orphaned the team in the problematic game by deleting it or perhaps mis mapping it in data sharing

to check for duplicates
in league manager turn on the special " ALL " league and then in Team Manager review in detail the teams listed to see if you have 'duplicate' of your team. If so then Merge them. and make sure the end result is tied to the correct leagues.

if you do not have a duplicate that can be merged, and if you have in fact 'deleted' the source team for the game. FTM support can potentially remap the team if you export your data and send ftmsupport a detailed email requesting their help.

another tip, Make sure the problematic game is "finished".. does it have an "F" in the score in the game manager list. (sometimes folks exit games before they finish them, and stats don't update until game is finished). If game is not finished, go in hit play and then end game (misc end game).

If game is finished, make sure stats are calculated, go into the game batting stats (from game info page) and hit RECALC ..
