Export Games

We are having problems to export the last two games. In addition we noticed that a player that participated in 5th and 6th game is not shown in the games already exported from Ipad.

We are not sure what you mean by "problems to export the last two games". If you are using Options -> Export, it exports your entire database to the server. It does not export individual games. When you do the Options -> Export, do you get a "successful" message?

For players not showing up, it is usually a duplicate player issue (creating a second set of the same players instead of reusing the existing players). See this thread for information on that:

The Ipad show the last two games as syncronized, but, we still do not see them in the web. I attempted exporting the entire data but I still do no see it.

Concerning the player, I will double check.

"Synchronized" is different than doing the Options -> Export. You must do an Options -> Export to update the server. If you have done that successfully, and your device is showing something that the website isn't, then please email us the customer ID from your device and where on the website you are looking that does not show something that is on your device.
