Missing stats

Post by dfisher33 » Mon Sep 10, 2012 11:14 am

I entered 3 games over the weekend using the same team name that I created in Team Manager. The middle game is not showing up on the Team Stat page (I have hit refresh). How can I get that to show up?

The team name is not what makes a team unique. If you created the team three times (or any number of times more than once), and scored with the team, those stats would be treated as a separate team even if the name was the same.

To fix this, you should first go to League Manager, and make sure you have a check mark next to the All league. Then go to Team Manager and see if you have the same team listed twice. You can use the Merge option from there to combine the teams back into one.

I have done what you have suggested. The team name was only used once. Game 1 and game 3 stats are combined on the team stat page. However, I cannot get game 2's stats to combine with the other 2 games.

In the Game Manager listing, is game 2 showing as finished (F)? or is it still showing an inning number? The stats are not calculated until the game is complete. If it is not yet finished, you can go to Game Manager, select the game, select Play, and select Misc -> End Game to end the game before regulation innings are reached (like if a time limit is reached).

I will check. Could this issue be related to the GoDaddy site being hacked into?

We assume that the stats you are talking about are on the device itself. GoDaddy being hacked would not effect anything on your device.
