New Android Phone Questions
Hi.....after two great years with my HTC EVO 4g I am moving to a new android phone with better battery life....I have downloaded iScore to the new phone but it creates a new "number" and password for me...and I can't figure out how to now get my updated data that resides on the server.
I did this once before when i went from iphone to EVO but can't remember the procedure.
Thanks

Re: New Android Phone Questions
email FTM at support@iscoresports.com with both user IDs and ask them to transfer your entire database over to the new device. (do an export from new device before hand)
you could use datasharing too.

Re: New Android Phone Questions
Before I contact support I am interested in your last comment about datasharing......I am not sure if this new device will handle a "double header" from a battery standpoint so I might like to continue to use the old device, which I have purchased extra batteries for such an occasion....but it would be great to carry the app. and data on the new device as well.
My new device does not have a removable battery so if the flexibility exists to keep the data on both devices that would be great.
Of course that assumes after a day of activity I would export the device's games so the "datashare" would be current.
Is that how datasharing works?

yes, you can share data between devices. Check out this link:

Re: New Android Phone Questions
However, for a full database transfer to a new primary device, having FTM do it may be best. This is especially true if you use leagues extensively, as league information is not transferred over in the datasharing process.

Re: New Android Phone Questions
Exporting from the new device is required so that an account is established on our server for that device and we can do the transfer of data between accounts.

Re: New Android Phone Questions
ok....I now have all my data on the new device (HTC Evo 4g lte)
I lost my iScore application on my old device (HTC Evo 4g)...not sure why...and lost my User number 2mxxxxxxxx
If I want to datashare between the two devices I have a couple questions
How do I get iScore back on my old device (ie...can I have it on two devices simultaneously and will I have multiple User #)?
Once I get iScore back on my old device I will follow the link below to share data going forward.

Re: New Android Phone Questions
You can have iScore on multiple devices at once. If you log in to Google Play on your device with the same user name / password you originally purchased with, it should show iScore as having been purchased and will allow you to install it with no additional charge.
Yes, each device has a unique Customer ID.
Yes, you can follow the Data Share instructions to share data between devices.
