When you are sending an email (through any of the email screens), you should only be putting in YOUR email address that you want the email sent to. If you are seeing "
donotreply@iscorecentral.com" as the email address being sent to, then it is sending to that email address.
If your email address is "
johndoe@somewhere.com", then that is what should be typed in the edit box that comes up when you go to any of our email screens.
If you want to test whether it is iScore / the device that is having the issue, you can try putting
support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false as the email address, and that will send the email to us. We can then forward it to you (at whatever email address you would like).
That will show whether it is the actual act of sending that has the issue (you must be connected to the internet when sending an email), or a setting on your ISP that is causing the email to not be accepted.
