LOST IPAD and DATA

Post by tgentry0419 » Thu Jul 26, 2012 4:49 am

Last night we lost our iPad with the Iscore App and data on it. I know that I can get the app back from the Istore, but can any of the data be recovered from the Website that we set up for the team through your app?

All data since the last "export" can be imported with no troubles. Did you by change backup to the iCloud or to iTunes. That could be a restore option as well.

Hopefully you do, but I'll say it for others reading here...Export after EVERY game! Just make it part of your normal workflow after the game.

Another potential restore option is to data share games back from the iscorecast servers.

Everything except the last game had been exported. How do I go about connecting the new iPad to the website in order to import? How do I connect the new iPad with the website for exporting future data?

I love the app and it has been a huge help this season!!!!!

I reloaded the original app on the new iPad, but when I try the import feature under options, nothing happens.

Every device has a unique customer ID, so this will not associate to your account automatically. I think you can change this on admin site under account or ask FTM to full transfer your entire database to this new device.

You should do an export from the new device first and provide them with both user IDs.

That one missing game, was it iscorecasted?

Thanks for your help. Customer service contacted me and they are in the process of doing exactly what you said. Hopefully it will be finished soon. The last age was not I sated because I do not have 3G on the iPad and as I said previously, it had not been exported yet to the server . If all I lose is one game, I'm good with that,
