scorecast not happening

I'm doing games right now with people back home watching their kids who are far away and the live scorecast isn't showing up! The information is correct in my options for the scorecast for the user id, but it says the id isn't correct or their isn't a game there to show. I do know I started fresh, so there wasn't a game (I deleted previous ones to start fresh). Now no one can get in. I tried to optimize the database, but it doesn't show the button to do it. I tried importing the database back to my phone (I have an android), but that didn't do it. I tried synchronizing previous games scorecasts, but they didn't show up. And yes, I have the scorecast set to "on" and it WAS working 5 days ago. Help!

If you email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data. You can find the customer ID on the Options screen in iScore. To send an already scored game up to the iScorecast server, you would go to Game Manager, select the game, and select "i-Scorecast Synchronize". For new games, be sure iScorecast is ON when creating the game, and be sure you have a good internet connection as well.
