Problem logging into http://my.iscorecentral.com

Hi: I'm having a problem logging into http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to access my admin website. I have the user name and password from the admin website off of my device. I've double checked it a number of times to make sure it is correct. Everytime I enter it on my.iscorecentral.com it says invalid username and/or password. What am I doing wrong??? Thanks, Marilyn

Have you exported from your device? Need to do that before logging in.

How do I export the data from the device? I have an android tablet. I do iscorecast and that has been working fine. I just wanted to go to iscorecastcentral .com to add pictures of players from my computer files to the iscore database. Marilyn

From the main title screen in iScore, press the Options button, then press Export. You must be connected to the internet on your iScore device when doing this.
