Streaming bandwidth

When streaming online how much bandwidth does it use. I have a hand held Verizon hotspot and movie and videos take a lot of bandwidth and want to make sure not going to get overag charges. Thanks

A single game using iScorecast uses about 150 - 250 KB depending on how many innings, pitches, etc. Very small relative to videos.
