Player Card Analytics and Game Locations

Post by tomcos » Fri Jul 13, 2012 9:17 am

Hello - perhaps as a result of the recent outage, I've lost the game locations on the map on the team website. Additionally, on the admin page, I cannot edit the game locations, although the latitute/longitude information appears to be correct. Clicking on the magnifying glass brings up a page with warnings ("failed to open stream," "no such file or directory"). I have exported from the iPad app and I've synced the scorecasts.

Additionally, although the TruMedia analytics appear on the admin page for each player, they do not appear on the player cards in the iPad app.

Both features were working earlier this week before the outage.

Thanks for any info,
TC

FTM will need to validate, but i believe your hypothesis is right.. outage related

I can confirm similar problem with TruMedia not showing up on iPad. Have same issue.

thanks for highlighting for FTM and being understanding of the issues..

Yes, analytics are back. Thank you very much! Love the app, and thanks for the hard work in recovering from the outage.
