Server outage 7/11/12

If you can email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know what games you are seeing that you should not, we can take a look.

Are the Admin sites back up? I am still seeing the "please call us" page.

all my admin sites are functioning again
but only after doing an OPTION > EXPORT from each hand held device.

( for those that have sign on with email address, instead of customer ID, it is also working)

My roster pictures seem to be gone. Anyone else have this problem?

How are you getting to your rosters? I can't log in to the Admin page. Getting a "This site is temporarily unavailable" message.

I'm linking directly to the team iScore web site, and not thru the Admin web site. Have not tried it

Just tried exporting and it failed and I also cannot login to my.iscorecentral.com. Will sit pat and wait for issues to be resolved. Good luck, guys!

If you guys have specific URLs you are using that are giving errors, please let us know. The "http://my.iscorecentral.com" URL should be working fine. You may need to do an Options -> Export to put your latest data on the server, but it should be working other than that.

Roster pictures are not working yet... we are working on them as well, but they are less crucial than any service outages you guys may be having, so let us know.
