Unable to access team site.

Hello,

When I try to access the team admin web site at my.iscorecentral.com, mgrtban error stating incorrect user name/password. I'm using the info from the Options menu. Please assist. Thanks.

Make sure you do an Options -> Export from your device to send your data to the server, and be careful with characters that look like something they are not (zero vs letter O, i vs L, etc). You may want to set the password to something of your own instead of using the default password.
