1.What steps need to be taken to change Home/Visitor teams if setup pre coin flip?
2.Is there a way to change number of players for opponent when you set up a game prior to getting any team info?

Welcome to the board.

From the Starting Lineups screen, Options -> Swap Teams.

Yes, you can go into the starting lineup and add/remove players at any point in the game until you have batted thru the order. Misc - Show Starting Lineup.

Note that you can not switch team order after you press play. you have to press undo before exiting to the home game screen and then you can make the switch.
