Lost all games and data

I had scored 3games in my all star league and was scoring the third today. I leaned over to get something out of my purse and it was gone. Is there any way for me to recover these games????

I can see 2 games listed under score casts but cannot retrieve them. Also, when I went to maintenance tab it was not corrupt.

Have you checked to make sure that the All league is checked in League Manager? maybe you just turned off the league that has your games in it? By going to League Manager and putting a check next to the All league, it will then show all data that is on your device when going to Game Manager or Team Manager.

I have checked the all league but it still does not show up. I can see the games on score cast under myiscorecentral.com but I cannot retrieve it

If you can see the games in the Scorecasts tab, then you can use Data Sharing to retrieve the game. Go to Options -> Data Sharing -> Get from Web Database in iScore. For Customer ID, enter "sc:XXXXX" (include the sc: without the double quotes, and change XXXXX to your customer ID found on Options screen in iScore). For password, enter the Admin password you have set for your device.

This will then list any iScorecasts that are not currently on your device and allow you to import them back to your device.

Yes!!! That did the trick! Thx so much. Is there anything more I should do after each game to insure they r saved .

If you do an Options -> Export after each game, that puts a backup of your data on our server.
