Play by Play stats do not match Game Stats

After scoring a game I noticed that the play by play stats and the box score show the correct score (14-10) in our favor. When I look at the game stats for batting I only have 6 runs scored for us. I exported the game to the website and looked at the Play by Play there and they do not match the play by play on my device. Here is an example of a run missing in the first inning.

Batter 1 - Walks
Batter 1 - Steals 2nd
Batter 2 - Walks - Runners on 1st and 2nd
Batter 3 - Strikes Out - Runners on 1st and 2nd
Batter 1 - Steals 3rd and Batter 2 Steals 2nd - Runners on 2nd and 3rd
Batter 4 - reaches first due to an error on the SS both batter 1 and 2 score. Batter 4 advances to 2nd on the throw - Runner on 2nd
Batter 5 - Fly Out - Runner on 2nd
Batter 6 - Ground Out - End of Top of 1st.

Box score on device and online shows 2 runs in the first which is correct. Play by play on my device shows both batters scoring. Play by Play online only shows batter 1 scoring yet the score for the first inning is correct.

After going through the play by play Batter 1 should have 3 total runs for the game but only 2 shows in his batting stats. Batter 2 should have 2 total runs for the game, only 1 shows in his batting stats.

I Emailed the stats to myself via my device so I could enter the stats on our team website, this when I noticed the run difference.

I thought maybe a run scored after an error does not count for that batter in his stats but I checked back to other games and this does not seem to be the case. Also, the online play by play does not even show the batter as scoring.

If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com and include a description of exactly which game, inning, player, and which report you see something wrong in, we will take a look at your data to see what is going on.

Sorry, but I believe I found the answer. The game was exited without ending the game. We did not finish all 7 innings so I must not have ended the game via the MISC screen. I went back into scoring the game and then ended it correctly and the stats seem to be correct now.
