International tie breaker

This past weekend we had a game go into Overtime using International tie breaker. I was able to assign base runner to second but was not allowed to assign an out. Is this available?

Not all tie breakers start with one out. If that is the case, simply press misc-end inning after 2 outs to end the inning.

That'll work. Was just wondering if it gave an option somewhere to automatically assign an out.
