Editing allow to put in a Balk?

Post by Karl » Thu May 24, 2012 8:09 am

I am new to Iscore and forgot where you could score a "Balk". I had a game with 5 "Balks". Since i couldn't remember, i scored them as an error on the pitcher. After the game I explored the program and found it in Miscellaneous. So I went to the completed game "pitch by pitch" to try to edit these to properly score them and remove the "error". But when you go into pitch by pitch edit, I don't see that the Miscellaneous options, specifically "Balk", is an option to rescore the play with. Is there a way after the fact to make this change?

You can not insert "balks" into a game that has already been scored. A balk is a very unique situation that does not have equivalent events that can be edited.

You CAN edit the stats for the game and add balks to pitchers by editing the stats directly. You can add a note to the plays saying it was actually a balk that occurred.

Thank you. Where in the program do you go in to edit the stats?

Go to Game Manager, select the game, then select the stats for the team you want to edit. Tap any non bold value to edit it.
