Confused

Post by Flyrc2 » Sat May 19, 2012 6:47 pm

I kept score last year using my iPhone, this year I upgraded to an iPad. I have registered both devices but, when I view the teams on admin website this years team didn't show. Not sure why it's not there, any info would be great.

Each device has its own customer ID. Go to Options in iScore to see the customer ID of the iPad, and log in to the Admin Website with that customer ID to see the data for that device.

I see both numbers on the website. I don't however, see all the games. This season I have shared info between my iPhone, my iPad and the coaches iPad. I have all the games on my iPad, whether scored directly on my iPad or bluetoothed from my phone or coaches iPad. I dont however see all the games when I log in to my admin website. I'm sure I'm not doing something right, just want to figure out what.

Thanks for the reply.

We show all devices, but the Games tab will only show the games for the device you are logged in as. If you have all the games on your iPad, then make sure you do an Options -> Export from the iPad, and when you log in to the Admin Website, use the Customer ID of the iPad to log in. Then you will see all the games from your iPad.
