Would it be possible to create a report, in the scorecard format, that would be specific to a player. Across the top would be the innings and each row would be the games that they have played in. Something along these lines...

I can't figure out how to attach here, but can send a mockup.

We will add it to our list. Just to understand more, what is the purpose of knowing the innings the player had their hits in?

Not necessary, just thought the layout was easy.
Big thing for me in that view is that you can see how many pitches, RBI's etc...

Maybe we don't understand what you are looking for. The scorecard allows you to see how many pitches and RBI's. The table you are showing above only seems to show at bat outcomes by inning without the pitch detail that the actual scorecard shows.
