I have followed the steps in the thread listed above and have tried the "no resize" as well as "Large" option and unfortunately I am only getting a "thumbnail size" picture which is very blury when I re-size.
The source is a 72 dpi picture with the largest dimension being 1024 pixels wide (file size is around 1 Meg). Not sure I want that big of a file but I would like the picture on the website to be large enough for people to see faces on the team photo. Any ideas why I'm only getting a thumbnail size low resolution image?

The thumbnails show by default so it is like a photo album. When you click on the thumbnail, it will open the full size (or resized) view of your picture.
