Stats question
Stats question
I'm playing a game in a replay I'm doing and scoring the games on iScore. Anyway, I've only got the only league selected and the stats that show up on the app are different than what the iScorecast shows. Why is that? The app has a guy with 275 AB's, and the iScorecast has him with 288. Where did those other 13 AB's come from? Thanks in advance!
Re: Stats question
This came up in another thread recently...not sure what the outcome was.
The question of having exported recently is applicable, though.

Re: Stats question
The app filters by your currently selected league(s). The iScorecast does not --- it only filters by the Team the player is on.

Re: Stats question
@Support... Ahh-HA! So, the fact that I have two teams that have the same name, but in different leagues would give me total stats of the two teams regardless of league? If I change the name of one of the teams, will the stats then be correct?
Re: Stats question
I didn't get that from what @FTMSupport said...
Re: Stats question
agreed, that is not what FTM was saying.
Why do you have two teams with same name?
Teams being named the same or differently will not change anything in how stats are calculated.

Re: Stats question
He's got two with the same name because we both use our iScore for Strat-O-Matic, and his crappy Cleveland Indians team exists in more than just one season
Just kidding Paul...how can I rip on another's team when my Brewers have been terrible for so long...

Re: Stats question
Actually, that is what it is (not my Indians being crappy). I use the same team name b/c I'm doing two different projects with the same team. They are in different leagues on the iPad to keep them straight. Looking at my last iScorecast, the career numbers for the player in question was 114/292 - .390 average. His totals for the one season is 113/279 - .405 and his totals for the other is 1/13 - .077. According to iScorecast, his career numbers are 114/292 - .390, which is the combination.
I tried changing the name of the team in one of the leagues, but it changed it in both, so that wasn't a solution. Wonder if there is one? It's not that deep of a problem, it just bothered me that it wasn't what i thought it was.
Thanks

Re: Stats question
And terrible for so long is a relative term. You've got a title in your lifetime....
Re: Stats question
Do you actually have two physical teams with the same name? Or, are you using the same team in two different leagues?
