Designated Runners

Hi I have Designated runners in some comps, I have been using the Courtesty runner option is therre another way to bring them into the game. Noting that under the rules of a DH they can only be used once per innings

We would recommend just using Courtesy Runner.

Thanks that is what we have been doing, but had hoped for an option that better describes the changes
