Stats on website

Only 3 players stats are showing on the team website? When viewing the scorecard and box score from the website all players stats are correctly showing.

The team website only shows players that are in your Team Roster. Go to Team Manager in iScore, select Roster, and make sure all your players are listed there. Use the Add Player option, and select any missing players from your list of players on the device. Then do an Options -> Export to update your team website.

They are all listed on both the website and the device.

It sounds like you may have created duplicates of the players then. Go to League Manager, put a check mark next to the "All" league, then go back to Player Manager and look to see if you have names listed twice. Then use the Merge option there to combine the multiple players with the same name back into one.

If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to us (found on Options screen in iScore) at support@iscoresports.com, and let us know which game / player is not showing in your stats, we will take a look to see what is going on.
