The draft session as ended
Each team will play 2 pre-season games
In the LEAGUE MNGR, I have created the "2012 Pre-Season League" and the "2012 Veterans Season League" (the regular season) as 2 different Leagues so I wont have my stats mixed up.
During the draft, I have completed each team's rooster for the "2012 Veterans Season League".
Now, for my pre-season games :
in GAME MNGR, I have selected the "Pre-Season League" and proceed to schedule my first game.
When doing the lineup, I had no players on the rooster. Will I have to re-do by hand all the team's rooster or is there a faster way to do that?
TIA

Re: Rooster - Pre-Season's League vs Season's League
You should not pre-enter the games. This is one reason to not pre-enter the games (roster changes will not be copied to existing games). It only take a couple seconds to create a new game, so you are best off waiting until just before game time to create the game.

Re: Rooster - Pre-Season's League vs Season's League
I only-pre-enter the first game, only the first one as I was told on this forum to do so.
I just found curious that I didn't get the list of the players (rooster) of each team
As I wrote, I have created 2 Leaugues : the "Pre-season" and the "Regular Season"
Tomorrow (Monday) it will be our first Pre-Season Game
In TEAM MNGR, I have my 6 teams in duplicata, total 12 : 6 registered as being in the Pre-Season League and 6 as being in the Regular Season
I presume for all my Pre-Season games, I will have to check only on "Pre-Season" and uncheck the rest
At the end of my Pre-Season "League", I will have to uncheck Pre-Season under LEAGUE MNGR and put a check on Regular Season
OK now, what about the rooster in both league?
in the Pre-Season League, when my game is enter in the GAME MNGR and that I want to do the lineup normally from the Team's rooster, I get no names. I have to re-do the rooster because, I suppose, we are in a new League?
If I change League, let's say the "Regular Season League", the rooster for each team is there with the exact names
My question still : in the "Pre-Season League" instead of having to re-write a new rooster for each team, is there a faster way to do that like copy and paste

Re: Rooster - Pre-Season's League vs Season's League
There are two sets of players that you have the deal with... the TEAM ROSTER, and a GAME LINEUP.
You should only create the TEAM ROSTER one time no matter how many leagues you create. Go to Team Manager, create a team, tap Roster, and put your players in one time.
When you create a game, the TEAM ROSTER is copied to the LINEUP for the team for that game. You do not have to enter the roster more than once, and the lineup will default to whatever the roster is at the time the game is created.
This is why we recommend waiting until game time to create your games. You can edit the team roster to make sure everything is right, then when you create the game, all the right players will be on the team.
For the league management, just assign the GAMES you create to the appropriate league, and statistics can be reported on on a league by league basis. See this link for more information on league usage:

Re: Rooster - Pre-Season's League vs Season's League
I have found an issue here... I think!
It goes like this :
I created 2 leaugues ; Pre-Season and Regular Season
In PLAYER MANAGER, when creating my Player List, I have to fill up 2 boxes : First Name, Last Name... of each player
If you wnat to have a player to play in both Leagues, you have to tap the player's name > League and make a check on each League (1 or 2 or both) this player will be playing
When my Pre-Season League starts, under LEAGUE MNGR, I uncheck the "Regular Season" so as to only keep the Pre-Season League marked
From here, at GAME MNGR, I schedule my game, I select my 2 teams to play and complete the Lineup with each team's Rooster with the players having been marked as registered in the Pre-Season League

I do not follow the last post and see an issue.. If you have not figured out leagues yet and why it is NOT an issue post back.
