How to download a paid application using Amazon App store

I downloadeded originally using Amazon App Store but now in a new tablet I only have access to Amazon App Store.

Do I have to pay again?

If you log in to the Amazon App Store with the same login that you originally purchased with, you will not have to pay again. The Amazon App Store will install on all your compatible devices that are linked to the same account.

Amazon and Google do not share sales information with each other so if you can not get the Amazon Market on your new device, then yes, it would require a new purchase.
