My iPhone asked me if I wished to review/rate the iScore App. Being a very satisfied customer, of course I did. I gave it a 5-star rating and wrote a glowing review. However, when I clicked the "Send" button, I got a message that said I must own the app to rate it and it disallowed my review/rating.

What's that about? I originally purchased it on an iPod Touch and then transferred it over to my iPhone a few months ago. Is that what's throwing it off? I definitely own it.

Thank you for attempting to leave a good review.

This will happen in a couple of cases:

1. If you are logged into a different iTunes account than when you originally purchased the application (sometimes people change their iTunes account over time)

2. Similar to #1, if you are logged into a "beta" account to test something for someone.

To "fix" the issue, you should go to the Home screen on your device, start the Settings application, scroll down to Store and tap that, then tap where it says "Apple ID: you@somewhere.com", and click Sign Out. Then tap sign in and make sure you log in with the account you purchased the application with. This is the only way Apple knows that you have purchased iScore (or any application).
