Player listed twice by mistake

I have 2 players listed twice in the Player Manager for my team. We have played 2 games and I noticed the 2 game stats were only showing 1 GP for the 2 girls I had listed twice in the Player Manager. How can I delete one of the duplicate players and have the game stats show 2 GP for these 2 players?

dont delete. from player manager, use the merge function to combine into a single player.

I am using a android device and I don't see a merge function in the player manager

Press the Menu button on an Android, and the Merge option will appear.

The only thing I see when I hit player manager is the list of players and a add button in the top right corner. No menu button

The menu button is on the Android device itself. Each device is slightly different... some have a hardware button, and some have it on the screen, but they all have it. It usually looks like a few bars. It is not a button supplied by the iScore user interface, it is supplied by Android itself.

Unfortunately the 2nd player who was listed twice I deleted one of them. Her stats are showing up in the box scores for both games but only the 2nd game is showing up on her player card and YTD stats. Any way to get her first game to be added in to the player card and YTD stats?

If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which player it is, we can check into undeleting the player.

We have to ask... when you pressed delete and got the warning about the player being removed and the stats being lost if you confirm the deletion, why did you confirm? Is there something we can do to make that message more clear?

No the message was clear. I was just being stubborn and stupid by trying to solve it on my own instead of checking here first.
